What i have found pretty wild about my collection in general was that i had no intention of building a collection in the terms of value. All the games i brought were due to my interest in them and not like speculative market bs that most would more than likely be into. That being said, it hit me really hard how fast prices have jumped when i saw that my complete copy of Haunting Ground that i paid like 15 bucks on ebay for is now going for well over 350$ A complete copy of Rule of Rose i dropped 20 for at a local shop here goes for close to 700$ My complete Steel Battalion set that i brought to battle my friends overseas for 200$ just 6 years ago [nearly the same price at launch which is pretty solid imo note this price is for the controller and BOTH games] is now worth over double that just for the controller itself. The less we talk about the stuff i have in my handheld collection, the less harder that would be. Anyway, i have connected with people over these games and a few others and its really disheartening that the majority of people would hear about these neat games, have that resonate with them and then have that sense of adventure and discovery completely destroyed thanks to the price wall.

This game probably would have been swept under the rug if it wasn't for the overblown discord around Eve. Anyway, more gotcha game companies need to funnel their money into single player experience or non-monetized multiplayer. Sure, Mihoyo and Type Moon are spending their money on anime, but anime are different from games and made by outsourced studios, I want to see what they can pull off inhouse.

Should've just put any Sonic games in there. That includes Sonic 06, Sonic Origins, AND WHAT SUPERSTARS DID TO THE BOSS BATTLES! I HAVE DEEP HATRED FOR SEGA & SONIC TEAM THUS I'VE BLOCKED THEM ON ALL MY ACCOUNTS! No wonder why Freedom Planet series succeeded what almost all 2D Sonic games could not except maybe Mania. The sequel is what I call the best highspeed platformer I've ever played. Even far better than Sonic Mania & that was GalaxyTrail's highest achievement.

None of the characters are interesting (Eve is the most interesting out of the noninteresting). Also the environments are a slog after a while. They are same and long to get through. I wish every camp had a fast travel option. Nothing worse when you fall/die and have to start over.

I’m not very picky about games and tbh I actually enjoyed avengers, personally I found the only downsides were micro transactions and the multiplayer aspects. I am in no way claiming the game is good or condoning it for that matter, but I did enjoy it.

I did download the entire library of SNES games, 1800 or so... I tested One by One, over a year in the pandemics time... I started the game, and played a little, if in a few minutes I was bored or could not play properly, I deleted the rom. I ended up with about 400 only

While I respect that it is your opinion, I don't get how Gensou Suikoden IV is the most disappointing sequel in a JRPG series. I get it that you love Gensou Suikoden, but still, I think that its circumstances are far more forgiving to it than other games. A new team that was inexperienced that were given a short amount of time to complete a game and they had a small budget to work with, yet it had very nice visuals for the time and even though you say not many memorable characters, the same could definitely be said for the first game which had Murayama (RIP) at the helm and he was the creator of the series. Even with less memorable characters, it has well written characters such as Lazlo, Snowe, Ted, Eleanor and Kika and plenty of loveable characters such as Mitsuba, Lino, Reinholdt, Maxine, Dario, Sigurd, Chiepoo and Axel. The story starts strong, but the rush is noticeable in the second half which is a shame. The music is fantastic and I would only put it behind the music for I and II. The battle system is quite fast and I love the side activities in it. I definitely wouldn't put it at the same level as II and III, but I put it at the same level as I and V. As much as I love the original, I do think that it hasn't aged as well as II although when it shines, it really shines. Now about Dragon Quarter, nah mate that game is amazing. You lost me at that one.

EVO is basically just the 90's (admittedly cuter) pre-cursor to Spore, from what I've gathered from watching your segment on it here, and I absolutely love Spore. I'm surprised I've never heard of EVO before such, in that case.

What's fucked is I've always been so about smelling good, that I get cologne, and Dr squatch for some holiday 2 or 3x a year lol (not to mention all times My wife buys it for me cause mine ran out lol.) Nothing out there has the perfect amount of everything like squatch has.
